Leading With Integrity, Traceability, and Accountability
At Astra Sage, ethics is not a supporting statement. It is part of how we operate every day. Our business is built on integrity without compromise, compliance and accountability, traceability from source to shipment, protection of public health, responsible partnerships, and the courage to speak up when something is not right. These standards are reflected in our policies, controls, and leadership commitments.
| Our Ethical Foundation
How We Work, What We Expect, and What We Will Never Compromise
Astra Sage exists to keep used cooking oil out of the food chain and transform waste into trusted low-carbon value. That mission can only be achieved through disciplined conduct, lawful operations, truthful records, and transparent supply-chain controls. Our policies are designed to guide decisions, define responsibilities, prevent misconduct, and protect the integrity of our business.
These documents do more than set rules. They explain how we protect public health, prevent bribery and fraud, verify material eligibility, support worker safety and dignity, enable traceability, and create a culture where concerns can be raised without fear.
Code of Business Conduct
This is Astra Sage’s core conduct document. It explains the standards expected from employees, managers, and stakeholders across integrity, safety, respect, worker welfare, environmental stewardship, anti-bribery, accurate records, human rights, and speaking up. It is the main guide for day-to-day ethical decision-making across the company.
Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Astra Sage maintains a zero-tolerance approach to bribery, corruption, kickbacks, and facilitation payments. This policy defines prohibited conduct, gifts and hospitality rules, third-party due diligence, record-keeping expectations, and protected reporting channels so business is won only on merit, not through improper influence.
Management Commitment Statement
This document sets out the formal commitments of Astra Sage leadership. It states that sustainability is an operational obligation, not a label, and commits the company to full traceability, exclusion of non-eligible material, zero tolerance for fraud and misrepresentation, stop-work authority, psychological safety, transparency, and clear accountability for compliance.
Supplier Code of Conduct
Astra Sage expects suppliers and collection partners to meet clear standards on genuine UCO eligibility, fraud prevention, traceability, honest reporting, audit cooperation, stop-work acknowledgement, and respectful engagement. Compliance with this Code is a condition of doing business with Astra Sage.
Fraud Prevention and Red-Flag Controls
This document explains Astra Sage’s auditable fraud prevention framework across supplier onboarding, collection, storage, batch consolidation, Sustainability Declaration issuance, and internal review. It makes clear that only eligible UCO may enter the system and that checklist completion, escalation, and stop-work action are mandatory where red flags appear.

These Policies Put Astra Sage’s Principles Into Practice
Our policies are built to support the principles that guide every decision at Astra Sage: integrity without compromise, compliance and accountability, traceability from source to shipment, public health protection, safety and worker welfare, environmental responsibility, accurate records, fair dealing, human rights, and speaking up without fear. The documents below translate those principles into real operating expectations.
Governance That Supports Trust
Astra Sage believes trust must be earned through conduct, evidence, and accountability. Our ethics and governance documents are part of how we protect the integrity of our operations, our partnerships, and the wider supply chain. We invite employees, suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to understand the standards that guide our work.
