Leadership Accountable for Integrity, Traceability, and Responsible Growth
Astra Sage’s leadership team is building a used cooking oil supply chain that is compliant, transparent, traceable, and grounded in disciplined execution. Our leaders are accountable not only for growth, but for public health protection, environmental responsibility, ethical conduct, and the systems that make trust possible.
| Our Leadership
Built on Strategy, Discipline, and Purpose
Astra Sage’s leadership team brings together strategic vision, operational rigor, and relationship-building capability. Together, they are building more than a business. They are building a responsible and accountable used cooking oil supply chain designed to keep waste oil out of the food ecosystem and move it into trusted, low-carbon industrial value chains.
Our leadership is guided by a clear belief: how we achieve results matters as much as the results themselves. Integrity, compliance, safety, traceability, transparency, and respect for people are not supporting themes at Astra Sage. They are leadership obligations.

| A Message from Our Founder
Building Astra Sage the Right Way
Astra Sage was founded on a simple but non-negotiable conviction: used cooking oil must be permanently removed from the food ecosystem and handled through a system that is lawful, transparent, and trusted.
We are building more than a waste collection business. We are building a company that protects public health, prevents environmental harm, strengthens traceability, and creates long-term value through disciplined and responsible execution. Our work matters because degraded waste oil should never be dumped carelessly, never be reused unsafely, and never be lost to informal or unaccountable channels. It must be recovered responsibly, documented truthfully, and moved through a system that stands up to scrutiny.
As President and CEO, I have formally committed Astra Sage to full, continuous, and uncompromised compliance with the applicable ISCC requirements for the collection, transport, storage, testing, trading, and export of used cooking oil. That commitment is not symbolic. It defines how we operate. We maintain zero tolerance for fraud and misrepresentation. We are committed to full traceability from point of origin to customer. We exclude non-eligible material. We empower our people to stop operations and raise concerns without fear. And we hold ourselves accountable for creating a system that is auditable, transparent, and ethically led.
My own journey — including leading major industrial work in the Philippines— gave me deep respect for the country, its people, and the opportunity to build something meaningful here. Astra Sage reflects that commitment. We are here to build a responsible supply chain, to work with integrity, and to grow in a way that earns trust from suppliers, customers, regulators, communities, and our own people.

| What Leadership Stands For
Leadership Backed by Formal Commitment
At Astra Sage, leadership is tied to declared responsibilities. The Management Commitment Statement makes clear that sustainability is not a commercial label but an operational obligation; that fraud, misrepresentation, and circumvention of requirements are not tolerated; and that no material may enter, move within, or exit the system unless it is traceable, verifiable, and auditable.
It also commits Astra Sage to:
full traceability from point of origin to customer
strict exclusion of non-eligible material
risk-based fraud detection and due diligence
empowerment of staff to stop operations and escalate concerns
psychological safety and non-retaliation
transparency with auditors, regulators, and relevant stakeholders
staff well-being, training, fair treatment, and clear accountability
This section is important on the Leadership page because it shows that Astra Sage’s leaders are not presented only as executives. They are custodians of the company’s standards.
| Accountability Structure
Clear Responsibility at the Top
Astra Sage’s governance model assigns clear accountability. The President & CEO holds ultimate accountability for ISCC compliance. The Head of Operations is responsible for day-to-day enforcement and system integrity. All staff are expected to follow procedures and report concerns. This means leadership at Astra Sage is not abstract. It is operational, specific, and accountable.
